BLINDING FORESIGHT

Created deep in the middle of the 2020 lockdown, Blinding Foresight is the result of a house full of roommates and nowhere to go. We were all going a little stir-crazy, so I channeled all that tension directly into this canvas, completing the painting in one intense, five- to eight-hour overnight session. The piece speaks on the torture of seeing what's to come. It leaves you wondering: is the future ominous, or is it so bright that it blinds you? It really depends on who you're asking.
